Chapter One
Born from a
love story.

An early morning in the year 2000, when a romantic horseback ride led us to discover this fertile land.
Sam and I knew it immediately: this hidden valley — its fertile soil, its quiet beauty — was both the home our hearts had been searching for, and the seed of everything Valle Escondido would become.
Part of the vision for this paradise was always to share a piece of heaven on earth. We began segmenting the land, keeping coffee plants as a natural fence between each property — not just as a crop, but as part of the identity of the place.
Twenty-three years later, with devotion and quiet perseverance, that same spirit lives in every cup.
